Salame Nobile di Brignano

Has the size of the traditional artisan salami and is sacked in natural casing tied by hand. It is recognized by the characteristic coarse dough by the beautiful red color and the right balance between lean parts and fat parts. It is certainly the most valuable pieces, recognizable by the large diameter due to sacking in double casing coupled natural and sewing.
